4. Correction and Verification Policy
- Agency representatives or members of the public who believe information on this site is inaccurate or outdated may request correction through the Contact Page.
- All requests will be reviewed by the site administrator. Reasonable and verifiable corrections may be applied at the discretion of the site owner.
- Preferred verification includes reference to information published on the agency’s official website. If such reference is unavailable, verification may be provided through an official email address associated with the agency, with follow-up confirmation to ensure authenticity.
- Requests lacking verifiable sources may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a correction request does not guarantee that the requested change will be made.
