1. Data Sources
- Agency listings were originally derived using the Rose City Resource Manual (December 2025–May 2026 edition, the “Rose Manual”), published by Street Roots and used with their permission. PortlandHomeless.net (“the wiki”) has no affiliation with Street Roots or with any agency listed herein. All agency listings are unofficial aggregated data postings and have no official connection to the agencies listed.
- During data cleanup, agency websites were often consulted, and any missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information (if noticed) was added to the agency’s wiki page. Original Rose Manual descriptions and formats were occasionally modified where editorial adjustments appeared necessary to fit the wiki’s organizational purpose.
- Neighborhood data for Multnomah County were derived from Portland government websites. Neighborhood data for Clackamas and Washington counties were derived from U.S. Postal Service resources and other publicly available sources.
- No information has been taken from proprietary services, private databases, or restricted sources. Any data errors or omissions reflect limitations, interpretation, or subsequent updates in these public data sets and not the use of private collections.
- While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate information, PortlandHomeless.net cannot guarantee that agency services, locations, hours, eligibility requirements, or contact information remain current or unchanged.
