DESCRIPTION: We welcome and treat east Portland residents even if you can’t pay or don’t have insurance. You’ll find us on the campus of Adventist Health Portland, an OHSU Health partner. We are a Community Health Center and Federally Qualified Health Center. That means we provide primary care for all ages and genders:
