Located at Transition Projects Resource Center; Services are completely FREE - no ID or insurance necessary to receive care:

Hours: Every Tues. 6 pm-8 pm

Wound Clinic

The Wound Clinic founded in 2022 as a collaboration between OHSU students and HomeForward to address frequent hospitalizations due to untreated wounds. The wound clinic is located just next door from HomeForward and Transitions Project’s Resource Center serving both residents and walk-in patients.

Hours: 2nd Tues. 5:30 pm-7:30 pm

SRH Sexual and Reproductive Health Clinic

Our Mission is to promote dignity, equity, and health autonomy by increasing access to free, confidential, and comprehensive sexual and reproductive health services for people experiencing homelessness in Portland.

Services are completely FREE - no ID or insurance necessary to receive care:

  • Free STI screening and treatment, including HIV testing
  • Pregnancy testing and options counseling
  • Access to contraception, including emergency contraception and long-acting reversible methods (LARC)
  • UTI and pelvic pain evaluation
  • Screening and referrals for intimate partner violence
  • Health Education – safe-sex practices, reproductive preventive care, including breast and cervical cancer screening, and navigating healthcare and social service systems
  • Free Resource Kits (hygiene supplies, period products, condoms, sunscreen and underwear, etc.)

Hours: Varying Saturdays 10 am-2 pm; check website for schedule.
