DESCRIPTION:

Services

Housing

Housing subsidies (waiting list) and housing support for people who are HIV positive. Deposit and move-in assistance for people who have secured housing and emergency rental assistance for people who are currently housed. Other services include peer support specialists, health navigators, counseling service center. Must be HIV positive. Insurance benefits navigation and PrEP and PEP navigation provided for the general public. Call for intake or walk in. Hours: Mon.-Thurs. 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

STI and HIV Services

Free and confidential HIV and STI testing services. Walk-in availability, no appointment necessary. Mon. and Wed. 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Other services include but are not limited to housing assistance, peer support, connection to medical care, job assistance and culturally specific services. If you are interested in any of these services, you will need to complete an intake first. Call for more information.
