Services
Employment Services
Employment and education support for youth ages 18-24. Services include GED tutoring and testing for everyone ages 18-24. For youth who have been screened into the Homeless Youth Continuum, additional supports include college admission and financial aid assistance, career coaching and exploration, Job Readiness Training, work placements, internships and more. Drop-In/Intake Hours: Mon. 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Thurs. 10 a.m.-1 p.m. and 2-5 p.m.
Medical
A healthcare home for everyone ages 15 and up in downtown Portland. Services include primary and preventative care, acute and chronic disease management, on-site labs, reproductive health, integrated behavioral health, and more. Hours: Mon., Thurs., Fri. 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Tues. and Wed. 8:30 a.m.- 7:30 p.m.
LGBTQIA2S-Plus
Comprehensive gender journey care for folks ages 15 and older. Services include primary gender-affirming care, hormone therapy, referrals for gender-affirming surgery, preventative screenings, behavioral health and counseling services, information, referrals and financial assistance for legal name and/or gender marker changes.
Youth Services, Clothing, Day Services/Hygiene
Meals, clothing closet, hygiene products and shower and laundry facilities for youth ages 16-24 who are experiencing homelessness and who have been screened into the Homeless Youth Continuum. Call Janus Youth Access Center at 503-432-3906 regarding screening. Hours: Sun. 1:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.; Mon., Wed., Fri. 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.; Tues. and Thurs. 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
