DESCRIPTION: Offering free primary care and select specialty services for patients who are uninsured and underinsured. Services include general visits, acute needs, chronic disease management, labs, prescriptions, diabetes education, mental health, physical therapy, gynecology and more. Call for appointment; walk-ins allowed but not guaranteed. Hours: Mon. and Thurs. 3 p.m.-7 p.m. Wed. 9 a.m.-1 p.m. // Pantry: Shopping-style pantry for low-income residents of Durham, Lake Oswego, Tualatin, West Linn and Wilsonville at Rolling Hills Community Church. Visits to the pantry limited to twice per calendar month. Hours: Mon. 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and 4 p.m. -7 p.m. Wed. 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Thurs. 4 p.m. -6 p.m. Fri. 10 a.m.-1 p.m. // Meals: Hope’s Table is a dinner we serve on Monday nights at Rolling Hills for anyone in our community. Our heart is to provide a bit of rest, friendship, and belonging as we share a hot meal with our neighbors. Rolling Hills Community Groups, families or individuals are invited to join a team to host a meal every other month. Mon. 5:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m. // Hygiene: Every Sunday morning we provide a hot breakfast, and access to showers and laundry services for those in need throughout our community. We also stream our Sunday Gathering for those who would like to worship with us. Sun. 8:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m.
