DESCRIPTION: Secures permanent housing for seniors, 55 and older, who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless with no minor children. Housing assessment process is completed by phone. Eligible older adults or community partners can call us and leave a detailed message with their contact information. Every call will be returned, though callback times will vary based on the volume of calls. Eligible older adults without access to a reliable phone may come to our office during our office hours to schedule an in‐person assessment. Our office is typically open: Mon.-Wed. 9 a.m.- noon & 1 p.m.-4 p.m. Thur. 1 p.m.-4 p.m.
